Al Qaeda poised to hit us twice: CIA

Federal terrorism officials have been warned that "Al Qaeda is organizing a 'new' type of attack that will surprise the United States."

Considering the endless brainstorming since 9/11 - not only on the public airwaves but surely in the corridors of the CIA, FBI, and DHS - what could possibly surprise anyone? I'm intrigued by this remark, and not in a positive manner...

The Daily News reported last week that intelligence authorities were monitoring Iraqi spies crossing the Canadian border to stir up anti-war protests.


Bring them on down to S. Carolina, it would surprise people how hunting accidents just happen sometimes.

The difference is that in the movie, THAT black rock STARTED civilization and sentience.

Or it could mean that the american people are still in denial about the threat.

Ultimately we can't really defend every conceivable terrorist threat. There have to be credible threats of overwhelming and intolerable reprisals on the table. To my thinking this means targetting the cities of Mecca and Medina as well as a threat to totally ban the practice of islam in the United States and its territories.
