As Senator Evan Bayh (D-IN) told me last week, "There is no doubt in my mind that if Saddam Hussein were put on trial for having weapons of mass destruction, he would be found guilty."

And there is no doubt in my mind that, regardless of how compelling and complete Secretary Powell's presentation to the UN is, those who do not want to believe him...won't.

The Democrats (Bayh excepted, evidently), the French and the anti-war crowd have made their bed. And they're going to sleep together in it, even though it be fouled with their own filth.

To most of the anti-war crowd, it isn't about the war at all. It's actually personal. They HATE the US, they HATE President Bush, and hope for the US to fail.
