What would your response say to Mandela's accusations?
February 3, 2003 | Arpege92

Mandela said he would support military action against Iraq only if it's ordered by the UN. He thinks President Bush has no foresight, who cannot think properly, is now wanting to plunge the world into holocaust. He also brings up human rights issues and attacks the United States for dropping bombs on Japan in World War II.

The White House responds to Mandela's accusations by exclaiming he is a great leader, he remains a great man, but on this, the President and Mandela don't see eye to eye.

OK folks....what would your response be to Mandela's accusations if you were in the White House?

Mandelidiot would be wise to recall WHAT country started beat'n the "drums of freedom" in order to get him released after 27 years in jail...it was the USA.

My response would be to re-write his little speech on the back of a sheet of sandpaper and then shove it up his arse.

Sandy side out of course.

Mandela said he would support military action against Iraq only if it's ordered by the UN.

Something is either right or wrong. A vote doesn't determine that.

If Mandela is telling the truth about this, he then has no ability to make his own decision or judgement.

As far as how the President should address it: he shouldn't even bother.

I'd just politely point out that if it wasn't for immoral US cultural imperialism, he'd still be in a South African lockup...

Mandela is a terrorist that liberals thought they could use, and he is just an idiot with no credibility.

Well, if I was in charge, I'd summon a super special emergency meeting of the UN, with a personal invitation to the South African commie nutjob. When they were all gathered, waiting for my speech, before they noticed I wasn't coming, I'd call in an airstrike on the place and exterminate them to the last cockroach.

Nelson..before you criticize Pres Bush and the USA....remember:

Since you took office, the AIDS rate in your South Africa is around 20 to 25% of the population.

Many of your AIDS sufferers think they can cure their AIDS by raping little girls (having sex with a virgin can cure AIDS....belief held by many in RSA). Now, you have one of the highest AIDS rates among your children

Your buddy, Kofi Annan, while in charge of his UN region in Africa (before succeeding Boutros Boutros-Ghali), he did nothing as ethnic cleansing in Rwanda and Burundi killed a million people.

We dont like your other friends.....Moammar Khaddafi, Fidel Castro, and other assorted tin-head dictators

Do something about your crime rate...its much higher than the US crime rate

You probably love Bill Clinton because he wife is so crooked...like your ex, Winnie (dead bodies and all)

President Bush needs to rescind the offer of $15 billion in AIDS prevention funding and let the Africans deal with THEIR problem THEMSELVES! I'm sick of our tax dollars going to people who hate America and stab us in the back every chance they get. You can't buy friendship!

The "Italian Salute," otherwise known as the "Agincourt Salute" (most appropriately, to the French).
