The French also supported the murderous Hutus in Rwanda, simply because the rebel Tutsis were supported by English-speaking Uganda. 1 million Tutsis were slaughtered thanks to the French.

France saw how when the EU did nothing in Bosnia and Kosovo the US Solved it so they will NEVER again come to even aid those countries in their own back yard. Cowards.
Germany will not honor NATO obligations because they don’t believe Iraq is a threat to them. Cowards

French / German interview (8:00)

Lisa Mullen of the The World interviews to ruling in France and Germany on their lack of support on Iraq:
Hervy Mariton, a member of the French national assembly in Paris, and Gerd Weisskirchen, a high ranking member Parliament for Germany's ruling SPD party.

Lisa Mullins to Hervy Mariton :

“For those American who recall the major role that the US played in both Bosnia and Kosovo two conflicts in Europe’s own back yard can you assure Americans that Europe is not reluctant now to use force under any circumstances.”

I mean there may be those who think that Europe is more willing now to sit back and let the US do the toughest part of the job- that being waging the war.”
HervŽ Mariton- “It may the case."

AND

Lisa Mullins to Gerd Weisskirchen,:
“Then do you think that Germans feels as though he may be more of a threat to the United States than to Germany?”
Mr. Gerd Weisskirchen- “Yes.”

Lisa Mullins- "And do you think that’s one of the reasons Germans are reluctant to support military action against Saddam Hussein?

Mr. Gerd Weisskirchen- “Yes.”

As for the French: they left the Dutch Bataljon in Srebrenica without air-support when asked for! "It was not needed, and the Serbs would not attack."
The outcome was that the Dutch were overrun by tanks (they did'nt have any...) and all of the local men were killed.
Later on, the French said: "if there were French soldiers on the location, we would have fought to the last man standing, the Dutch are cowards!" Later on they denied there was asked for air-support (and tapes were wiped...)
but if all of the Dutch soldiers confirm that that was the case, the French are lyin'!
The French are only interested in selling Mirages to Saddam in change for oil and Veto's!
