I don't see how he can buy CNN and the Atlanta Braves, since they are assets of the corporation and belong to the shareholders. CNN, with proper format change +wink, wink+, could make money, as can the team (if they don't already).

They are about one quarter away from filing for bankruptcy protection, and one big no no is selling off assets.

In his dreams.

He was told to get out or be publicly fired.

That quarter away from bankruptcy is when some deals are made.

If they go into bankruptcy, the judge will put CNN and other losers up on the auction block.

What is AOL/TW's burn rate of capital per month/quarter, and how much do they have left on hand to fuel that fire?
