DU is really mad about this. HOW DARE any European nations defy the might and power of France and Germany. They actually say this is destroying European unity, WHICH MUST BE PRESERVED AT ALL COST. Too bad they don't feel as strongly about American unity. Since they aren't used to insulting the former commies in Eastern Europe, all they say about them are that they are whores.

PARIS, Jan 30 (Reuters) - French Foreign Minister Dominique de Villepin described as "a contribution to the debate" Thursday's joint letter by eight European leaders urging support for U.S. President George W. Bush's stand on Iraq.
