As President Bush moved to the podium, Sen. John "I want to be president so bad my hair hurts" Kerry was noticeably not applauding. Poor form, eh?

I hope that See BS-Viacom saw fit to dub in some applaud sounds for him like they did when Hillary got booed at the concert for the NY Police and Fire departments.
