He is saying grow the govt. by only 4 percent, so he has obviously factored all of this in.I believe that he said DISCRETIONARY spending.

President Bush: "Sargeant-At-Arms, kindly remove that chatty woman from the House."
Oh, man, it would have done my heart good to have seen the hildebeast escorted out of there.

Thanks for the info re justice/s present.

On Iran, unlike past speeches, Bush did not imply a division or difference between the GC and Parliament. Just the rulers and the people this time

I wish I had time to read all previous 1,906 posts, but, alas! If I am repeating anything - so sorry that I could croak. When our President and CIC spoke out that we do NOT need a national, one-payer, managed health care system, I could almost feel through the radio the absolute compassion he had for the Hildabeast and her failed socialized medicine plan. Well, maybe I could feel the venomous daggers that she was probably throwing at our PRESIDENT!

Yes they did - and at a STOU speech, it's OPEN SEATING.
That should prove their PARTIANSHIP - it does to me!!

And thanks for the text throughout - very cool. It allows me to read the whole speech through again for what I missed with FReeper comments along the way.
