You're a bit early, but way to go! The Democrats have been slamming the President's speech since yesterday. Are they desperate....or what?
Today I watched a snippet of Durbin on the Senate floor, just having a hissy fit because President Bush had invited some important Republicans to the White House. Durbin, with the help of Reid, said, "those lobbyists are getting a preview of the speech". Then he said, "those lobbyists wrote the speech". You know one of those phoney baloney exhcanges where one scripted Democrat will feign a question of another Democrat? Fools, they look like fools doing it.
Yesterday it was little Tommy Daschle getting a headstart whine going about a speech no one had heard.
Today it's Terry McAuliffe...A Terry McAuliffe sighting no joke!! He's on with Buchanan and Press claiming we have no proof that Saddam is a danger to us. He and Pat Buchanan are just too cozy...I'm feeling queazy!! McAulliffe finishes his riff with the prediction that Bush won't run again. (The man is delusional)
But the whine I want to hear will come tonight from Chris Mathews. Remember how he blasted candidate Bush for saying Jesus was his favorite philosopher. Mathews predicted people would be rise up in protest that Bush had interjected religion into the debate, and even worse, that Bush didn't even know what a philosopher was. Mathews was sooooo wrong...he had to eat crow for a week. Mathews is a lousy critic, always gets it wrong, but "off the cuff" is when his true partisan colors are most evident.
I can't wait to see his screw-ups tonight, and of course watch the Luntz speech-o-meter register the reactions of a group of voters. Gimmicks...don't you love em?

My boss is going tonight. He sucks. I asked him to slap Hillary on the ass for me. He refused. That's his eating hand.
