This is easy. Don't buy any Daimler-Chrysler product. I'd be unlikely to anyway, but now for sure I won't.

I wish I'd know this, I bought my wife a jeep just two weeks ago.
Had I know this, I would not have signed the papers and told them why.

Here are the folks to contact. My recommendation is translate your complaint letters into German ... Try Babelfish or do a search for automatic translation on the wed. Have fun.

This is easy. Don't buy any Daimler-Chrysler product. I'd be unlikely to anyway, but now for sure I won't. You got that right. Chrysler's cars and trucks are garbage, anyway. My company had several Dakota pickups that we leased as company vehicles. Total crapwagons - those things spent as much time in the shop as they did on the job. Everyone in the company was happy to see the last of those things go away.
My mom had a '95 Neon up until about 2 years ago - it ran OK until it hit about 80,000 miles, then just fell apart. Total POS. This conservative can't be that myopic - I can see well enough to tell you that anyone who buys a Chrysler product has just spent their money on a rolling turd.
