i will never buy a chrysler again my wife bought one against my word and sure enough we are having troubles and they dont want to honor the warranty on parts that they had to fix before in which they never could get fixed in the first place. then i get this email from a customer support specialists and he just reamed me a new u know what.all because i used the word azz in our conversation on the phone..I simply told him i would never recommend a crappy azz chrysler to anyone in my life. sorry for the language. He terminated the conversation. Then wrote me an E-mail and this is what it said and i will send it to u in it's originality without his name attached it has not been editted by no one at all. this is funny.

Dear Lewis:

The reason you were hung up was a direct result of the profanity you
were using.

Your warranty has expired and you have no case with the manufacturer.
Furthermore, any future correspondence regarding this matter will not be
responded to.

You are welcome to call in and start with a clean slate. However, you
may want to sound educated and refrain from using profanity.

Thank you for the e-mail.

now i am very educated and he had no right to say that at all i could not belive that statement at all..but that is chrysler for ya. oh and i guess since i am black and he could hear my dialect i guess that makes me non-educated...haha.....go figure...

"Amy Ridenour, president of the conservative group, said DaimlerChrysler, which manufactures Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep and Mercedes vehicles, might reconsider its position if elected officials broached the topic with the company's lobbyists."

That's the problem with conservatism today. "We want smaller government -- with a little 'g' -- but cross us once and we'll use Government -- with a big 'G' -- like a billy club!"

This is a problem where potential customers and consumer groups could make an impact, but no, conservatives love big government as much as the socialist next door.

Thanks for sharing that. When customer service becomes customer taunting. There are many reasons not to by something. Your email from Chrysler is one of the funnier reasons. LOL!
