Assuming for the sake of argument that very few were aborting twins. The odds of a baby being male or female is roughly 50%. (actually I believe the child 50.1% more likely to be male)

So the total number of people who enter a clinic is comprised of 3/4 woman and 1/4 men. (50% mothers, 25% female babies, 25% male babies)

Since the vast majority of the babies are murdered inside, there is an instant 50% mortality rate of which 1/2 are female. So roughly 1/3 of all women who enter an abortion clinic die there and some percentage more die from complications later. If you count abortion induced breast cancer deaths the numbers increase even more.
