John where is -- Colusa County?
Is that timber country, spotted owl layoff's perhaps?

Colusa County is west of Sutter County (Yuba City). It goes from just west of the Sacramento River to west of Williams. Not sure of the north south boundary as I always enter/exit via I5 and I don't pay attention.

Getting off at Williams and taking I20 east through Colusa is a shortcut to get to Hwy 99/70 from I5.
