Colusa County is west of Sutter County (Yuba City). It goes from just west of the Sacramento River to west of Williams. Not sure of the north south boundary as I always enter/exit via I5 and I don't pay attention.
Getting off at Williams and taking I20 east through Colusa is a shortcut to get to Hwy 99/70 from I5.
