Everyone when they typed "Bush" meant the SG filing a brief. But it is Bush that unleashed the SG. The SG is not a free agent. Whatever the SG files reflects the administration's opinion.

I understand that, you understand that, the Honorable CyberCongressman understands that, as do most intelligent, informed people.
The rest, will scream when Bush himself doesn't stand at the school house door and rail against the evils of affirmative action. They will howl even louder, if and when the Court finds in favor of AA, and Bush does his job by enforcing the law as it was written, and interpreted by the Court.

That's why, in my public letter, I ask Mr. Bush to instruct the SG to support Gratz.
I'll post the letter in a few minutes, as a separate thread, and I'll hope we can douse the flames and have a good talk there.
