Well ... the whole x42 admin was geared for hiding and covering up all the crooks (in and out of the admin).

And ... I do believe the dropped employees were used to show that x42 had decreased the size of govt, right?

He expanded almost everywhere, but he cut so many from the Dept. of Defense that overall there were fewer Federal employees. He didn't cut any "bum and deviate" programs until his choice was limited to sign, or be embarassed by a veto override. The Welfare Reform that has worked so well was vetoed twice by him. He signed it after it was passed by "veto proof" majorities in the House and the Senate.
