Forget the fact that Savage was clearly walking into hostile territory. They paired him with CHARLES BARKLEY, for crying out loud. If you can get a latenight stream of the show, you have to listen to him dissect the interview.

BARKLEY: No disrespect to your father -- he's an immigrant?

SAVAGE: No, he's dead.

LOL!

Neville and Larry King are examples of why CNN is the Cretin News Network. Long live Fox News Channel!

However, as an outsider, someone who's not privy to government inside information, if I were a consultant, I would say, go to China. ... He is in their sphere of influence. They do not want that Asian sphere of influence upset by a madman.

This line of thinking is logical but not wise. We must never act as if we acknowledge ANY Chinese sphere of influence in Asia. To acknowledge any Chinese sphere of influence outside of China's borders would be to put our stamp of approval on China's "multi-polar world" concept and acquiesce in the deterioration of U.S. supremacy in the Pacific.

And like it or not, it is U.S. supremacy in that area that allows democracy to thrive, period. It is only due to our dominance there that no other Greater East Asian Co-prosperity Sphere has risen up to rob us of our Pacific territories. Dominance in East Asia requires large investments but we must be willing to make those investments in perpetuity.

Seriesly, who is Barkely. Savage seems to suggest he plays basketball and it was said he works for CNN. I've never heard of the guy. I must admit I have also not had TV for almost six years now.

BTW, savage ripped ALL of them a new one, and I don't even like him.

Charles Barkley debating Michael Savage? That's like an infant battling a Samarai!

I heard of Savage, but who is Charles Barkly?

He didn't sound bad at first. Then he just couldn't hold up his end.

I like this guy Savage, he sounds like me, only warm and soft and cuddly.

I know that when I want an opinion on a weighty issue I always go to a basketball player.

Interesting that Barkley finally resorted to name-calling.

I think Michael Savage has cast himself as a talk show "tough guy" a little too energetically. Charles Barkley actually is a tough guy--and pretty bright, too.

There's no way Savage could come out looking good in this one.

GO SAVAGE GO!
Savage to Barkley "I don't know who you are."
Barkley: "Either do I."
LOL Priceless. A street thug trying to hold a conversation with a hot-rod fast PHD. Way to screw up CNN! But they now have lost ALL authors from a big PR firm. LOL Morons

Savage doesn't know who Charles Barkley is! Makes sense, with his views about sports. A discussion about sports between the two would be something to hear.

BARKLEY: Oh, I bought a Hummer. That's -- and I'm going to go out and buy another Hummer, just to piss her off.

Many thanks to a great patriot, a great American, Charles Barkley.

I loathe Ari(head)eanna Huffington!

Charles Barkely was the very entertaining basketball player who failed to bring a championship to Phoenix because he spent all his time getting so blasted with his teammates that it always took them an entire half to shake their hangovers, and who was a dominant rebounder who wasted that talent by continually shooting threes.

Sometimes it's better to take the fight to the enemy. Savage may be just the man to do it.
