Straits of Hormuz?? Maybe 3000 miles south of them, but more like directly south of India about 25000, then east 500.

Looks like a footprint when you see the island map, 3 little toes in the middle, and a v shape for the outer reef, lots of sharks!!

But the snorkeling was awsome! And, the USS Samuel Gompers was there when I was there.
