I disagree. Child Porn is every one's business and there should be ZERO TOLERANCE for child molestation. Its bad enough these sickos play out their twisted fantasies in the dark recesses of their evil minds. Think of how worse it is when they act on them out on real children. What they do is evil and they need to be stopped.
