In this order, I would go with Michael Moore at the top, then Hillary Clinton, Eliot Spitzer (NY AG), Patty Murray, Bill Clinton, Jesse Jackson, Al Gore, Jean Chretien, Jessica Lange, Sean Penn, Tom Daschle, Chuck Schumer, Paul Begala, Terry McAuliffe, Trial Lawyers, Hans Blix, Susan Sarandon, Patrick Leahy, Ted Kennedy, and Kofi Annan (representing the UN, as a whole).

Just a minor correction, Bill already has two legacies: impeachment, and Monica. He's just looking for his third legacy!

From what I've read, women who are "in the know" said Clinton's third legacy is nothing to be impressed with.

Jimmy Carter receiving the Nobel Peace Prize, speaking out against the current administration and then having it revealed how badly it botched it in North Korea really sets me off. He deserves a spot in the top 20.
