Lesson from WW II: fixed defenses are easy to circumvent. If I were DPRK, I'd try to "leap" over/around the DMZ and take over the rest of SK first beginning with Seoul first. Deal with DMZ afterwards: NBC.

The ideal time for DPRK's NBC blitzkrieg is during a "bogdown" of US forces in Iraq. Look to happen 4-6 weeks into Iraq II---should it last that long.
