[Aquamarine]

Here's a simple dish that's good anytime.

Rocky Top Mushrooms
2 lbs. mushrooms sliced 1/4 inch
1 stick of butter
1 tbsp. seasoning salt
pinch crushed red pepper
2 cups sherry (or wine)

Combine in saucepot, simmer on medium heat until desired doneness.
*You can cut this recipe in half.

For mushrooms, that sounds pretty good. :) They're not my favorite dish alone, but love to add them to other stuff. Plus they're great fresh in salad.
