I don't think our allies hate us as people they simply hate the arrogance of our policies.
Arrogance, schmarrogance! That's a weakling's snivel...if the Eurotrash is in such a snit about arrogance, they'd work up the courage to fight tyranny, instead of complaining about our "arrogance" in fighting back after 9/11.
The snots don't fear us, that's why they hate us. And they hate us because we are superior to them, we care nothing for their effete opinions, which is why they overuse the word, "arrogance."
If we ever put the fear of the US into them, they'd stop whining in a hurry.
