Yes, Nutmeg. In fact if Mary hadn't been so busy shagging the Serpenthead during the 1992 campaign, perhaps Bush Sr. would have beaten The Rapist from Arkansas. They "courted" during the campaign. (The thought of which makes me want to throw up....)She was one of the few people on that campaign that wanted to win. Gawwd, I hadn't been involved in politics in six years and I came up with two TV spots far better than the pablum Bush the Elder put up.
Matalin and Serpent were seeing each other before the campaign and put their relationship on hold for its duration. Afterwards, she was so pist she wanted nothing to do with him for quite awhile. Had some of the others on the team (including Bush the Elder himself) cared that much we might have never had a President Sinky.
