And Jesse is a race-baiting adulterer. He should resign.

And I say that Jesse Jackson is a "slave trader" in his own right by keeping his fellow blacks down in order to remain in power.
Let's make a deal. Lott doesn't become Senate Majority Leader if Jesse takes a one-way trip back to "The Motherland."

Je$$ie Jacka$$ is dilusional. He demands Lott resign, but he'll support KKK Byrd. Having said that, the Civil Rights Industry could've used those remarks to do even more damage here in Louisiana. If Republicans want to win black votes, they need to stop making remarks like that.

Jesse's right. Trent Lott should explain himself or he should step down. What he said was vile and inexcusable and Bush should demand he step down if he won't go on his own. There's no excuse for what Trent Lott said.

Jesse Jackson is attempting to deflect some of the attention being focused on him.
Black leaders plan Jesse Jackson protest
Posted on 12/07/2002 12:19 PM EST by chiller By Steve Miller THE WASHINGTON TIMES
A contingent of black business leaders and clergy will march today on the Chicago headquarters of the Rev. Jesse Jackson's Rainbow/PUSH Coalition to protest what they call Mr. Jackson's "self-anointment" as a black leader. "Jesse Jackson has passed himself off as a leader of African Americans," said the Rev. Lance Davis, a Chicago-area minister who has led three other protests against Mr. Jackson in the past month. "Mr. Jackson is not a leader, and he is not a role model, yet he has been represented as one by the media and by himself and his supporters."

Yeah, and Robert Byrd stepped down when he made some comments last year on FOXNews.

No details were given about possible protests by Jacksons Rainbow coalition on the controversyIt's a manufactured controvery, of no real substance - just like everything else the liberal do and say...

Well I'll admit I would like to see Lott replaced with someone who has a spine
But Jesse as usually is picking a stupid fight .. I tend to agree with Bob Novak .. it was just a stupid joke that was said at Stroms 100th Birthday Party .. up there with Strom is the greatest American
Strom is a great guy but not the greatest american ..
Remember folks .. the Libs are gearing up for the 2004 election .. they are going to pick apart EVERYTHING the Rebpublicans say
Plus .. I don't recall hearing an apology for the "white cracker" comment made towards President Bush

Oh po' Jesse... findin' one mo' reason to boycott someone.
I hope he boycotts the Senate and doesn't patronize them ever again.

I think Jesse is aware his 'demands' will be brushed aside. But there is a deeper reason for Jesse's actions: he and the despotic democrat party must divide this nation into factions, into 'us v them' categories in order to regain thier despotic power. Democrats have relied on divide and conquer through disharmony for so long, they know no other way. This deosn't bode well for a nation at war militarily and culturally. Dividing this nation during crisis management mode is a destructive methodology and proves the democrat disdain for our health and welfare.

Don't count on Lott stepping down Jesse! Jesse who?
To: ewing
Lott should resign for saying his friend would have made a good president? HA!
If Jesse Jackson had a job, I would call on him to resign for his "hymie-town" remark.
To: ewing
Seems to me Jackson is a black racist. He should resign from the human race.

If I were black, I would find Jesse to be an incredible insult to my dignity as an American black man due to his continuing unsupported claims to be my voice in American sociopolitical arenas. Since I am not black, I can only find Jesse to be an incredible insult to my dignity as an American due to his continuing to breathe my air.

Jesse Jackson and Trent Lott are both idiots. Dozens of Freepers said that Lott's remark at the birthday party was stupid. Sure enough, it gave Jackson an opportunity to make trouble. Jackson is so discredited that this won't go very far, but regretably black voters will be hearing one more reason not to change parties. Lott is a jerk.

Well, since I think Trent was born & raised about 80 miles from where I was born & raised and since I'm a Confederate de bejar, if he's not at least a neo-Confederate then he's not trying.
