Justin was born in Texas. LOL well I guess I didn't drink enough to get that out of him, or maybe a bit too much to remember, because I did not know that. If he wasn't cajun, and just played one on TV, he sure as hell fooled me....LOLOL
He wasn't really Cajun. He was plain ol' country. But you don't live in Louisiana your whole life without you learn a thing or two about Cajun and Creole cookin'. Justin's style was more Creole and Country than Cajun if you ask me.
