It looks like the big parishes in both camps are holding back on their totals. Caddo, Calcasieu, EBR, Jefferson, Lafayette, Orleans and St. Tammany seem to be in a *issing contest to see who can hold out longer.

Evangeline had Bush 54.5, Gore 42.3 and Landrieu over Terrell by less than 200 (as of a while ago) with 61/61 pct. That's a 8 pt swing to Dem, and Bush took LA by 7.67. This is a cajun parish.

Livingston with 45/53 pcts in. Bush won 67.5 to 29.9. Terrell had 63.7. That's just a 4 pt swing to Dem. I think this is a NO exurban parish. These numbers are a few minutes old.

If the other parishes look like Evangeline, advantage to Hillary-lite. If they look like Livingston, then...!!!!!
