I have always felt that Bin Laden was dead.

I also always hoped that we would never come to that conclusion, as long as we have to convince Liberals and their allies that we need to be serious about the War on Terror.

If there is another attack on the US, we dont need everyone thinking that we have to start from scratch with a new villain. We are better off no knowing.

It would not surprise me if the Government knows that he's dead, but wont pass on that information. We need to justify defense spending, the missile shield, the F-22, and a bunch of other programs. Having a bad-guy around is fine with me if it keeps Liberal mouths shut.

I don't know about that. If anything, Republicans stood to gain more politically if OBL was still alive since that would reinforce their national security agenda. Look at it this way. Republicans sweep the government, sign the homeland security bill that essentially destroys the 4th ammendment, and decide that OBL just might be dead after all. hmmmmm

I agree with you 100%. An Iraqi forgery designed and timed perfectly to take heat off Saddam. Many experts claimed it was odd that Bin laden mentioned the iraqis in the statement. That was also added for Saddams benefit.

I normally don't agree with folks from Switzerland BUT... If Mr Laden was alive, he would surely be airing an audio or video once a week to further the jihad against the people he hates. For him to produce a video tape stating that he is, in fact, alive and has beaten the enemy would garner much support with the goofballs that he associates with. Maybe he has retreated to Palestine and is one of the idiots throwing rocks there?????? The BIG question is, how can a low-life from a third world country affect the world this way? With all of the wisdom from the college educated folks who lead us in Washington, London, Moscow (they are our friends now), Madrid, Rome, and many other capitals, how is it that this rich cave man can be allowed to threaten the world this way?
