There are several articles and pix about the MMA in the Journal of Electronic Defense (www.jedonline.com). There are two surviving competitors: Boeing's 737-700 and Lockheed's Orion-21/P-7. The big change is that the MMA will control several UAVs while airborne. In fact, the Navy is going full-bore with replacing manned aircraft with UAVs. The flight crew community is not enthusiastic.
