He'd love them. Corky's Ribs in Memphis ships them all over the world. I buy the frozen ones and heat them..half the price of going to the resturant.
We have Corky's here in Nashville (home of the original Tony Roma's, which no longer exists, darnit) but I've only been there once. I miss the Tony Roma's something terrible (and their onion loaf, of course). The chain just doesn't quite capture what the original had! But there is an amazing privately-owned BBQ place in Wilson County, near Mt. Juliet (home of Charlie Daniels!). Their BBQ is slow-smoked, and I have never had anything like it. Melts in your mouth like butter!
