I think this tape was created by Saddam's thugs to try and weaken American Resolve.

It is so typical of bully thugs when the good guys decide to take out the Bullies. The bullies know that they will lose in the real fight and try to terrorize with words.

They are doing this in the UK, Europe, Australia, NZ and other countries that are our allies.

They can win a real war, and they know it. So they will try some terrorists acts to make the general population say no.
