For decades I've heard about how blacks are moving into the Republican ranks. For decades it's never happened.

I'd like to hear more; maybe I just don't understand. I do see blacks moving in Republican circles: Colin Powell, Condi Rice, Michael Steele. So obviously this is not what you mean. I think it's critical that the Republican party includes everyone who shares their values. What would you like to see?
