Okay, will somebody explain all these Cleland jokes to me? I must not have been paying attention when the gossip was dished out.

He's a disabled veteran. If I'm not mistaken, a triple amputee. Uses a wheelchair.

Cleland is in a wheelchair. He lost his leg(s) in VietNam. I'm not sure if it's one or both.
