I was against the illegal Kosovo incursion from the beginning, and if it's true that the Hague is trying to make this a secret trial, that should be opposed by all possible means. Pretty hypocritical. The Europeans are opposed to the imposition of a legal death penalty by courts, but have no problem with imposition of a de facto death penalty by denial of health care.
