I came to WV to help Jay Wolfe because I believed that this race could end up being the deciding factor in who controls the US Senate in 2003.

Taylor surrendered in MT.

The Dems pulled a fast one in NJ that makes a mockery of the rule of law.

The Dems in AR have managed to imperil the GOP nominee simply because of a divorce and remarriage (how quaint from the party of ultimate corruption!).

Wellstone pulled a fast one by dying, and Coleman is in danger of blowing a sure thing by making the same mistake as our friend John Ashcroft did in 2000...being nice to people who would never in a million years dream of being nice.

Sununu in NH and Ganske in IA are running less than stellar campaigns, to be nice about it.

So, I would say that it will be the ultimate in delicious irony if this almost purely grassroots campaign, run on conservative issues, should happen to be the one that ended the Daschle reign of terror.
