I didn't know it was closed. But the owner of that establishment said that Nathaniel Osbourne worked occasionally for him, and stayed sometimes in the room above the restaurant. Osboune is the "co-owner" of the caprice car - which is odd - why would there be an unrelated co-owner, and for a $250.00 car?

Camden, NJ October 25, 2002 Plainclothes investigators canvassed a rundown rowhouse neighborhood in south Camden on Friday, asking residents about two men arrested in the wave of deadly sniper attacks in the Washington, D.C., area. The officers also asked residents if they had seen Nathanel O. Osbourne, who co-owned the car in which two suspects in the case were found early Thursday at a Maryland rest stop. One man said he last saw Osbourne in Camden on Monday.
FBI spokeswoman Linda Vizi said Osbourne was believed to be in Trenton or Camden. Osbourne is being sought as a witness in the investigation and has not been named as a suspect, Vizi said.
The officers were part of an FBI task force that consists of federal agents, Camden police and detectives from the Camden County prosecutor's office, Vizi said.
Lt. Joe Juniak of the Trenton Police Department said the FBI notified his department about the investigation but that officers have not been canvassing Trenton neighborhoods in search of Osbourne.
Early Thursday, police arrested John Allen Muhammad, 41, and John Lee Malvo, 17, as they slept in a blue 1990 Chevrolet Caprice, with the New Jersey license plate NDA-21Z.
The car was co-owned by Osbourne and Muhammad, according to the state Department of Motor Vehicles. Muhammad registered the car in Camden on Sept. 11. Muhammad had bought the vehicle, a former police patrol car, a day earlier from a Trenton auto dealer, Sure Shot Auto Sales.
Both men listed their address as 1400 Sheridan St. in Camden, a two-story brick building owned by Michael Clarke.
Clarke said Muhammad came to the restaurant on the ground floor of the building "three or four times" in August with a teenager, but that he did not live in the apartment upstairs.
He said Osbourne did not live in his building either, but had stayed there for up to two months. Clarke said he saw Osbourne on Monday.
Neither Osbourne nor Muhammad has a criminal record in New Jersey, authorities said.
So it was a sham transaction!
