That's what I was wondering. What ever happened to 'innocent until prover guilty'? Oh, wait, I forgot, this is Amerika. These guys have already been tried and found guilty in the eyes of the public.
Well, it appears that the defense lawyers are already preparing their screed. This is the work of white militia groups who have obviously set up these two innocent citizens. We all remember that those fascist militia groups were under investigation when these two hapless souls were hauled in by the Man. Ladies and Gentlemen of the Jury, we submit to you and your reasonableness that the Government framed our clients when it was discovered that white Republicans were the real culprits. It is reasonable to doubt that these followers of the Religion of Peace could have perpetrated these heinous crimes since you all know that only whites kill people of color.
