They always are.
Remember that fiasco in Texas when that murderer was going to be executed, and the New Black Panthers showed up armed to the gills? They marched around the prison (or wherever the execution was to take place) and were totally unmolested by law enforcement.
A friend of mine in Texas blew a gasket over this, citing the various laws these guys were breaking--all felonies, but they just packed up their rifles and went home after their little party.
Wonder if any one checks to see?
