Do you know why people wanted it to turn out like this?

How about if it was a white guy? Already we'd be hearing that Rush and Hannity with a shot of FOX news drove him to this. All right wing radio and TV shows would be labeled hate speech and they would try to boycott them. Gloria Alred would be tearful about how this is hate speech and it's all George W Bush's fault. Pat Robertson and Jerry Fallwell would be on the hit list

They'd also be harping on gun control and confiscation big time, forget the database, they'd use it to take ALL guns.

You can spare me your sympathy for the murdering religion behind 9/11. What if this is only one of many cells assigned this duty? Will you still be crying for them if it happens in other cities? Ground zero in Alabama is just a summer camp?

I don't think anyone is saying that everyone that converts to Islam should be put to death, but we need to see this religion for what it is, and stop pretending it is a religion of peace.

There will be a lot less converts when it is recognized as a religion rooted in violence. I think a lot of Americans will start taking a hard look at this religion when little Johnny comes home and says he is converting.

Growing trend indeed. The prison conversions are numerous. Remembering the gentle "Black Panther" slaughtering 2 officers walking up to his door in Georgia last year. H.Rap Brown and his conversion and his endless hours of work with his fellow man and Muslim brothers. Prisons are a breeding ground for conversions because the petrie dish needed to grow hatred and vilolence is already filled with the recipe needed to nuture and grow inner rage masked by peace and love. ARREST. DEPORT. EXPEL - ALL MUSLIMS FROM AMERICA.

I have some good friends, a married couple who each came here in their teens to the U.S. from Iran in the wake of the fall of the Shah. They have lived here ever since, raising a family. They daughter is at the Univ. of Texas and eventually wants to be a pediatrician. The son is a computer genius, at the Houston High School for Math and Science.

They are Muslim, btw. Do you suggest we "arrest, deport and expel" them?

I have a friend who lives just down the street. He is from Syria originally. He is an accountant, married to an American. He is a Muslim--though she is not.

He loves America, but he is also committed to his religion.

Shall we "arrest, deport and expel" him because of his beliefs?

There is a name for those who condemn an entire religious people based on stereotypes and knee-jerk hatred.

FYI ... Let's hope they got these animals and that there are not more waiting to go into action.

Let's also hope that the relevent facts regarding this man and his accomplices come to light and we recognize this for the terror it is, and for the source that produced it. And that we do something about it.

Then they need to quickly try, convict and fry these folks ... try and fry, that's a new one.

Verrrry interesting. One of the men shot at a gas station in VA was also connected to the million man march--Kenneth Bridges. He helped provide some sort of professional assistance to it.

My husband is named John and I can assure you, if he converts to Islam, I will keep a VERY careful eye on him. Given what we are learning, I would consider the lives of my family and Americans in potential danger.

why aren't we marching in the streets protesting the racial profiling that occured, after all they were looking for angry white men. Can you imagine if they said all along they were looking for two angry black men and it turned out to be white guys. I can hear Al Sharpton and the Rev marching in DC.
