Guy kills someone, takes card, thinks he can use it?

Did use it. The card had been used a few times in DC according to the reports I heard.

What strikes me is that this guy thought that a couple of million dollars could be deposited into a credit card account and that he would be able to somehow get it out. Not too sharp.

I wonder if its a setup. Hard to believe they are that stupid. Maybe use some local guys as fall guys, or the sitting duck(s) in the noose?
