What Fox reported is the shooter said LEO's would need 20 body bags. I/we speculated whether the shooter intended to go on another spree killing where he kills several in one day. Either that or he will cease all communication until after his next 20 shots.

This leads me to believe he's going to go out of the area completely. He (or they) can't possibly hope to get off another 20 shots without getting caught in the VA/DC/MD area. What if there are other shooters in other states ready to act?
