You haven't been involved with this investigation at any level. You haven't sat in on any of the meetings. You haven't reviewed the evidence. You don't know what was said during the phone calls. You haven't read the notes from the perp. You don't know what other bits of evidence have been gathered. You don't know what tips have been supplied. You don't know what thought processes have gone into even one decision that has been made in this case. In short, you don't know didly squat about this investigation. None the less you consider yourself to be eminantly qualified to damn this police chief based on the fact that you don't like his diction. You can stop throwing up that strawman argument anytime, now.

Well let me tell you what context I'd use slithering in. No matter how Moose got into college, and neither your or I know, he did obtain a PhD and a Masters Degree. You don't achieve that without some skills of your own.
