Since we don't have the sniper yet, WHY would we deport illegal aliens?? I am confused here, if it was a white van and at the right phone, and there are illegal aliens in the van....DO YOU REMEMBER ONE OF FIRST MURDERS WITNESS said "Mexican descent in a white van">>HELLO! Just because there was no evidence yet, does NOT mean they are not connected. If it is multiples, and more than one white van, then why aren't we keeping them in USA until case is solved?? The sniper could have sent them instead, just to see what would happen.

AS a CJ Instructor myself, and one who teaches criminology...I am NOT ruling out anyone until all facts are in, and I am not shipping anyone out of town yet. IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHO THE SNIPER IS, THEN COULDN'T THERE BE A THIRD GUY OR FOURTH GUY THAT WASN'T THERE OR AT THEIR HOUSE. Does he have to be a white guy from US?

Of course, it could be all a lie and they are holding them at INS to throw Sniper off. Who know with all this drama and interaction with media.

I hear what you're saying about deporting these fellas, but all I can say is maybe it's a sign that the cops know a lot more about the suspect(s) than we think they know.

I hesitate to say anything at all on this thread, but it seems to me everyone is speculating about this and that and saying that Moose is out of his element etc.
I have the impression that there is soooo much more here than meets the eye. I believe the feds are already there, they are most likely in charge of this, Moose is sent out to show that the police are doing it all.
The cryptic messages today from Moose may be codes that only the sniper would understand according to an FBI profiler on Fox. He said they do this often.
The guys in the white pickup could have been used by the sniper to play head games with the police. Blackmail is a word I heard today that came from a "very good source"
Sorry this is rather disjointed, but I think the authorities are involved with something very heavy, and they do know what they are doing, it is just very complicated and dangerous.

If you are whom you tell us that you are you an Officer of the Court. Teaching our young folks about the laws of the United States, I have a big problem.

Illegal=Illegal, get them out of our faces, deportation is o/k by me, although, I tend tend to think that aa lot of FReepers, would request other things be done to them before deportation.

Do you want the case closed or our borders closed?

It's confusing, there were reports of the two Hispanic guys with the white van sometime back. Now they pop up again? And are released?

I think the two illegals they arrested in the white van at the phone booth today ARE some of the snipers.....

Why in God's name do we (for the 1st time ever) RUSH TO DEPORT THESE TWO fools? Most deportations take weeks!
It seems like the Maryland State Police has been ordered by their governor to ONLY look for lily-white right-wing gut-nuts who listen to talk radio. They disregard and immediately release everyone else so this is never pinned on foreign terrorists! (Remember the John Doe theory in OK.City?)
There were at least 6 witnesses so far who said they saw hispanic or 'olive-skinned' or middle eastern looking men. Plus one that said white 'Chrysler CARAVAN'!!!
Remember, the Home Depot witness that was NOT discredited said "I Got a very GOOD Look at them."??
I want ALL the witnesses to see these guys or at least their picture. And why can't the rest of us see their picture? After all they're being deported and never coming back, right?

I'd say it would DEFINATELY be a trap to call again... MOOSE is about as honest and forthcoming as Bill and Hittlery.
