I think ranting about the illegals and their hidden and not so hidden costs to this nation is never off topic - it is the topic!!

A major trauma center here in the Los Angeles area is about to be shut down unless the voters bail it out with tax money. Reason? Too many uninsured charity cases (illegal aliens). We pay, they benefit.

Too bad just the tax payers aren't the voters. The moochers get to vote on whether or not tax money they don't pay will be used for their purposes.
