Earlier this afternoon I thought I heard that NONE of them were closing. I wonder what changed their minds? Moose's statement?

I just checked Henrico Co. public schools' website, and sure enough, they are closed (I homeschool).

It's the prudent thing to do. Kids and parents are frightened. Why provide bait for the sniper?

I heard the same thing. That schools would be open.

This "person" that left a number, is probably a witness. If the sniper(s) are watching tv coverage, someone is in trouble, deep.

They strongly said they were keeping schools open, they weren't going to let the snipers close 'em down (paraphrase). Wonder if parents flooded them with calls, saying they wouldn't be taking their kids to school.
