Not sure how many schools but I thought I heard in 3 counties..if one sniper can do this to us think of what 20 could do

We had better toughen up and get used to it, because it's going to get MUCH worse for years to come.

In five years, we will be saying "do you remember how we freaked out about ONE sniper, back in the good old days?"

We'd better get some spine, or THEY WIN. If one sniper killing one out of millions every few days can send grown men into fits of shaking, what will happen if we have 100 snipers loose? Plus suicide bombers, poisoners, etc.

Go ahead and GO to such a place, but constantly look around for suspicious activity. And be primed to look if you hear a shot. About as good a plan as any.

If two people are shot by snipers in two cities the same day, I expect half of our media to drop dead of heart attacks.

The Israelis must be getting a big kick out of Americans gassing up behind tarps because one sniper is loose in an area bigger than Israel. That would be the safest week Israel had in years!

Your statement last night has been going through my mind all day. You said something like:

"Imagine that 1000 LEO's cannot catch one sniper after shooting 10 people, what would things be like if 1000 snipers shot one person each and then disappeared?" (..or something close to that)

What happens, is that Liberals would cower in their basements, while demanding that the elections be suspended.

Before this thread, I would have figured that conservatives would go to the polls anyway. Now I am not so sure. (drowning in estrogen, here)

Eventually, someone is going to start pressuring the president to declare a state of emergency if the shootings continue.

Naturally, because there is really nothing he could do, he will begin to be blamed for this, along with all gun owners, and the mommy-factions will take over, and sway the eventual elections to the Libs.

What I fear, is that the sniper him/herself actually decides to send a public message blaming Conservatives for somehow forcing these acts.

The emotional public would go nuts voting for gun-stealing liberals.

And pretending like we're not scared means we win? come on, obviously the schools have been targeted, there is no sence to sending kids in harms way to keep an illusion that the sniper or terrorist have'nt managed to scare people.

I suspect that the major media all give new employees tests to assure that they are sufficiently coward to convey fear to the masses. Nielsen likely has a new under-the-bed monitor to check on the effectiveness of network newsbabe quivering.

I would expect that it has already been planned and the snipers are lurking, waiting for their orders, which will come by shortwave radio.

I disagree. I think so many of them are at Guantanamo, the rest have mostly been questioned at least, and are paranoid as hell. I think we have busted up their comms system but good.

That's why I think he's a pro sent in to jump start independent action by example.
