I'll try to summarize

• Moose goes on TV and asks the person who left the msg at the Ponderosa to call him at the phone number he left on the message.
• Apparently, CNN reported that "only the sniper" would understand Ch. Moose's reply.
• All Richmond, Ashland and area schools are closed tomorrow.
• People are eating each other alive on the other threads "discussing" this matter, the wisdom of closing schools, etc., etc.

Thank you so much for the summary. We took 5 teen girls to the haunted house last night, and they were up till 4 am this morning. Lemmeeee tell ya, it was fun..but we had to stand in line 2.5 hours just to get in.

IT was quite a shock to come home and learn what happened. I truly hoped it woudl be over cuz of the extra spy/search planes etc.. I take it there was a note and a phone call? Or did the note have a phone number or does anyone know?

I saw a little in-fighting on one of the other threads..It had something to do with the the treatment of white van owners and civil rights. Our civil rights have to be recognized, and respected. Not sure how much to expect during our Yellow alerts/terrorism watch.

SPeaking of my last post to bcoffey..it suddenly dawned on me..even after 9/11 and even after what is going on in maryland/virginia etc... I am still taking for granted everything we have. Just standing in line for that amount of time...yes, I was a little apprehensive at first cuz of the target age group of haunted houses, of the slow moving cars that drove by.... but it never occurred to me that we could have been standing targets for a sniper.
