I typed as they replayed it:

"to the person who left us a message at the ponderosa... you gave us a telephone number... we do want to talk to you.... call us at the number you provided."

[browardchad]

To the best of my recollection, Moose said:

"To the person who left a message for us at the Ponderosa. Please call us on the phone number you provided."

The only interpretation that makes sense to me: A Cell Phone was left at the Ponderosa.
