You know, someone on one of our threads about this, thought he might start shooting on weekends. I thought it possible myself. We really need for the Cops to catch these people/this person.

The LE won't catch him on the road because this is too well planned out. He is long gone before the cops even get to the scene. The only way they will catch him is a license plate or someone knows something.
