Route 54 I 95- If they can link this with the other behaviors it's on the 95 corridor but it goes outside the 85 mile perimeter they were working in.

Stands out to expert? one person or more than one person? What stands out is malice of forethought and to position himself to be so elusive. Route 64, Route 295, other major arteries. Problem just got a little bigger.

Bad guys scout out area in advance? Alot in advance? ABSOLUTELY. This guy has not had a car accident, jumped a curb, etc, merely disappeared. Knows how to get out of the area. Path of least resistance to leave the area. No doubt that he surveilled the area first. They have their cameras on scene.

I've been wondering about motels, not necessitating the need for an immediate escape route. I drove past the Manassas exit today and there was a motel close by. The Fredericksburg and Massaponax shootings have motels as well. I don't know about the ones in Maryland.
